Delivery information
We despatch orders within 2-5 days from the date the order is placed on our website.
Within the UK we use Royal Mail 1st Class as the shipping method for orders so please allow a reasonable time for delivery. This is normally 1-2 days after dispatch unless otherwise stated by Royal Mail.
For non-UK please allow 28 working days for receipt of goods. We post to Europe and around the world.
Carriage charges are displayed at the checkout when order is placed as they can vary dependent on order size and delivery location.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unopened and unused.
Digital and PDF patterns can be returned, but only if you haven’t downloaded them.
How to return
- Contact us using the form on our contact page to request a refund. We’ll confirm your request by email.
- Post your item back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service.
- We’ll process your refund within 7 days of receiving your returned item. For digital products, we’ll process your refund within 7 days of confirming your request.
