Dress Patterns Edit: A-line Dresses

We are starting to dream of warmer weather, early spring flowers and of course… wearing dresses! Today we want show you some lovely A-line dress patterns that might fill a gap in your (spring) wardrobe.

When referring to A-line dresses, the term A-line generally means fitted from the shoulders to the hips and then widening to the hem. We also use the term A-line when we’re talking about trapeze dresses. This shape is often fitted at the shoulders, then widening from the shoulders to the hem, ignoring the waist and hips.
