We might be already dreaming of spring, but it doesn’t mean that we still want to snuggle up in cosy jumpers and sweaters. Made in jersey, sweat shirting, french terry, or another cosy fabric, it’s the perfect garment for colder weather! If you are in need of a new – handmade by you – sweater then keep scrolling! We have gathered some fantastic must-have patterns for you.

Pattern: Simplicity S9828.
Half zip sweaters are so on trend right now! S9828 is a unisex design for a half zip sweatshirt with dropped shoulders, long elasticised sleeves, elastic waist cord, front pocket with contrast flap. You also get in the pattern, pull-on track bottoms with tie cord and elastic at waist and hem, and two cargo pockets with zipper!

Pattern: Simplicity 8982.
Not only does this design include a beautiful top with amazing statement sleeves, it also includes a skirt (in 2 lengths), and a sweater dress. It’s lovely as a matching two-piece set, but it would also be great to mix and match different fabrics.

Pattern: Vogue 9330.
You can make this very loose-fitting pullover top with or without the high cowl neckline. The sleeves are made of three pattern pieces and feature darts at the hem to give them shape.

Pattern: Know Me ME2054.

Sew yourself the coolest hoodie out there with the modern take by Corny Rainbow for Know Me Patterns. It doesn’t get more snuggly than this! McCall’s 8070 is designed for men and women. It features an optional hood with contrast lining and a drawstring, side seam pockets, and a kangaroo pocket.
