Pattern: Butterick B6758
If you are in a hurry, this is a pattern you can whip up and stash in your suitcase with moments to spare! Butterick B6758 is a shirtwaist dress with front button fastening and drawstring waist. You have sleeve and skirt variations to choose from so you can make it your way! We love it in this double gauze because it will feel lighter than air.
Pattern: Simplicity 8134
If you want a pattern you will make again and again for the summer months, this is it! Simplicity 8134 comes with wrap front trousers, culottes, shorts that tie from side seam and elastic waist pant that can be made with border printed fabric or with an extra wide leg. They are comfortable and chic all at once!

A sweet summer top is an essential for your holiday wardrobe and this is one pretty package! McCall’s M8199 is a baby doll’ pull-on top that can be cropped or hip length. Our favourite detail is the puff sleeve, but it can also be made with straps or longer sleeves if you prefer.

If dresses aren’t your thing, why not try something a little different? McCall’s M8204 will help you learn to sew these cool overalls with tie straps. Make them as short, knee or full length leg variations, and wear them with t-shirts, pretty blouses and light layers underneath.
