Simplicity 8641

This pinafore from Sew House Seven features a bib at the front with crossover suspenders that become a back drawstring to easily achieve a perfect fit. S8641 would be fabulous in a linen for the warmer weather or try a lightweight denim for a more classic look.

Simplicity 8231

If you are looking for a cute and easy summer dress with an interesting design detail this a great pattern to explore! S8231 features a V-neckline with an elasticated waistband and an angled flat front panel. The options of cap sleeves, sleeveless and sleeveless with shoulder ties makes for some fun customisation options. This would be lovely and flowy in a rayon or crepe or try a chambray for a little more structure.
