Misses’ and Women’s Fitted Shirred Tops have straps, ruffle and puff pleated sleeves; cropped and upper hip length. While this pattern doesn’t use shirring elastic you can hack the pattern to add rows of shirring using our video tutorial shown on the M7946 page.
