Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment via a secure and independent card processing gateway. We also accept payment by Paypal. Alternatively, you may place your order by phone on 0844 880 1263.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.

All web customers may order all McCall, Butterick, Kwik Sew & Vogue patterns at retail price less our standard 10% web discount. During 'Sales' a different discount (as displayed) will be applied according to the terms of the sale offer.

If you are a current Sew Today club member, or join today, you are entitled to 'Buy one, get one Free' or 50% off ALL patterns by mail, fax, phone or web. Simply enter the word MEMBER in the coupon box at the checkout and the discount will be applied to all patterns in your order.

service and also save on 1st Class postal rates.
Europe & Rest of World

'Rest of the World'. Members receive priority service and save on postal rates.

Magazines
Prices are inclusive of postage to your door. Airmail rates available upon request.

Books, Videos and Haberdashery
Free carriage to UK & BFPO addresses, except for islands and highlands - see note below.
For destinations elsewhere please contact us for additional postage charges.

Northern Ireland, Islands and Highlands
Unless specifically stated otherwise, there is a £15 delivery surcharge for heavier orders (+2kgs) to:
Northern Ireland
Islands (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Isles)
Scottish Highlands (ie postcodes beginning with PH19 - 44, PH 49 - 50, IV, KW, PA20 - 88, ZE, KA27 - 28 and HS)
This does not apply to patterns, magazines, woven labels or Haberdashery less than £20 in total. This surcharge will be added to the amount charged to your credt/debit card and will be in addition to the total amount shown on the Checkout page or our Order Confirmation.
Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you in 1 to 2 business days. On rare occasions we may be awaiting stocks so please allow 7 - 28 days (we aim to contact you if there is a long delay).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.
Tax Charges Our prices are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax where appropriate,
Credit Card Security Your credit card payment details will be safe as transmission and processing are done using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer), the industry standard security protocol.
You can confirm this is operating from the small gold coloured padlock that appears at the bottom of your browser on the HSBC credit card payment screen.
Guarantee You have the right to cancel your order either before delivery or within 7 working days beginning the day after receipt of the goods. If goods have been delivered, these must be returned to us, at your cost, in 'as new' and unused condition, complete with original packaging (if you wish us to arrange collection and deduct the cost from the refund please contact us to discuss). A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

In the event that there is a fault or defect in the product supplied, we will gladly replace it or refund the price paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If the item has been delivered and is not faulty or damaged and you have another reason for requiring a refund, please note that a restocking fee of 10% is charged and therefore the amount refunded will be 90% of the price paid.
