Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment and as all card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed it is perfectly safe to shop online with us. We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and American Express. If you prefer, you may send your card information via phone, fax or snail mail and we will match it with your order. Your card will be debited as soon as we process your order although the goods may not always be despatched on the same day.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Unless specifically stated otherwise, there is a £15 delivery surcharge for heavier orders (+2kgs) to:
Northern Ireland
Islands (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Isles)
Scottish Highlands (ie postcodes beginning with PH19 - 44, PH 49 - 50, IV, KW, PA20 - 88, ZE, KA27 - 28 and HS)
This does not apply to patterns, magazines, woven labels or Special Orders less than £20 in total. This surcharge will be added to the amount charged to your credt/debit card and will be in addition to the total amount shown on the Checkout page or our Order Confirmation. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you in 2 or 3 business days but please allow up to 28 days in case of stock delays. For security, we can only deliver to the cardholder's address. |

Guarantee You have the right to cancel your order either before delivery or within 7 working days beginning the day after receipt of the goods. If goods have been delivered, these must be returned to us, at your cost, in 'as new' and unused condition, complete with original packaging (if you wish us to arrange collection and deduct the cost from the refund please contact us to discuss). A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
In the event that there is a fault or defect in the product supplied, we will gladly replace it or refund the price paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If the item has been delivered and is not faulty or damaged and you have another reason for requiring a refund, please note that a restocking fee of 10% is charged and therefore the amount refunded will be 90% of the price paid. |
