Perfect Fuse -- that can be used to give added body to garments when sewing.
Perfect Fuse is extra wide -- 60" and 66" -- over twice the width of most interfacings, for easy cutting of larger pattern pieces!

Each interfacing has its own separate use, care and how-to instructions.

These four distinctly different products cover 90% of interfacing needs.
Each weight has it's own distinctive characteristics and uses. Sheer and Light are similar in weight, so what are the different uses? Sheer provides crisper body. Use it in collars and cuffs. On some smooth fabrics, Light may show through, whereas Sheer won’t. However, Light fuses to textures better than Sheer. Designers use Light as an underlining in 3-ply silk crepe de chine jackets. It makes a great underlining in any jacket where a little extra body is needed. It’s open weave adds breath-ability. Keep Light in the bag as it can snag–another reason we sell it in a package. Tailor is wonderful in jacket fronts and on the under collar combined with Medium or Light on the upper collar and facing. Medium is ideal for Ultrasuede jackets.

PerfectFuse™ TAILOR Ultra 66" Wide, 22% Rayon/78% Polyester Weft Fusible Interfacing. Great for jacketsThis weft interfacing has the hand of cashmere with a little gentle 'give' in the crosswise direction making it very pliable and soft. As tailored jacket fabrics have become softer, lighter in weight and drapier, this new premium quality interfacing with it’s softer hand makes tailoring these fabrics easier. The resin system is unique in the world. You’ll never see it on the right side of the fabric and it won’t be stiff, making it ideal even for very finewools.

Crosswise stretch is compatible with stretch wovens. It's 66" wide, enough to fuse the full front on two jackets in most sizes. Preshrink if you’re planning to wash the garment, but if you're planning to dry clean the garment, preshrinking is not necessary. Delivered FREE in the UK

PerfectFuse™ MEDIUM 60" Wide, 64% Rayon/36% Polyester Weft Fusible InterfacingGreat for dresses, blouses and jackets where a little more body is needed.Most often used on upper collar and facings of unlined jackets. With a high rayon content for softness, it's excellent on the facings and collars of knited fabrics. The wider width allows fusing to large pieces without piecing. Great on faux suedefabrics. PerfectFuse™ LIGHT 60" Wide, 100% Polyester Weft Fusible InterfacingIdeal for underlining any fabric or fusing to textured fabrics.Join the ranks of top designers who use this lightweight interfacing to underline silk, lightweight wool, linen, and rayon crepe jackets. It's suitable for any fabric that needs extra body; it's also good to use as a fusible underlining on loosely woven fabrics. The 60" width means you’ll never have to piece it to fit larger garment sections.

PerfectFuse™ SHEER 60" Wide, 100% Polyester Weft Fusible Interfacing Ideal for silky blouse-weight fabrics and cotton shirting as well as knits. Perfect for lightweight fabrics such as polyester, silk, cotton, stretch wovens and viscose. The texture is fine and smooth enough to use with whites and sheers, yet has a crisp feel. Perfect for collars, cuffs, and front facings on blouses and shirts. Stabilises bias neck facings and adds body to zips in fi ne fabrics.

Does not need preshrinking and will not shrink or bubble with washing, but do preshrink your fashion fabric before fusing. The fusing agent won’t show through to the right side. Available in ecru-white and charcoal-black. Each pack 60" wide x 1 yard. Delivered FREE in the UK
