Teachers' Lesson Planners have been written by a teacher for teachers for school years 7 to 9, covering the course requirements of the UK National Curriculum for Textile Technology.
The programme's teacher-friendly style is divided into three modules (course work may be photocopied as required), which the teacher can use to plan lessons. Each module includes Teacher Notes on how to use the pupil sheets and organise them into a scheme of work which can be altered to meet teacher/pupil needs, timetable and lesson duration.
The Assessment Guide outlines what each pupil should achieve at each level. Self-Assessment Sheets for pupils and a Design Brief Assessment Sheet for completion by the teacher at the end of the module are included.
